The Held Titan XR2 motorcycle gloves are designed with protection and durability in mind. The outer shell is made of highly abrasion-resistant kangaroo leather that is colorfast and sweat-proof.
They feature a range of protection elements such as titanium knuckle protectors, SUPROTECT® shock-absorbing special foam on the back of the hand and ball of the thumb, reinforced edge of hand and index finger, knuckle protection tested for impact, and Held Armaprotec protection on the back of the hand.
The ball of the thumb and finger are protected by highly abrasion-resistant stingray leather that is underlaid with shock-absorbing gel. The side of the hand and ball of the thumb are reinforced with leather and Held Armaprotec, and the edge of the hand is protected by a hard plastic shell that is reinforced with titanium. The ring and pinkie finger bridge are reinforced with an Aramid ceramic polymer matrix coating, and the little finger is reinforced with stingray skin.
The Titan XR2 also features elasticated leather panels on the back and fingers, tunnel strap, perforated finger side walls, new sewing technology for more protection, and a special step seam that avoids pressure points on the inner hand and enhances feel. The pre-formed, crease-free palm provides additional comfort.
