Inner diameter the same but the outer a lot smaller and compact. Initial ride gave the impression that it gave the bike better and smoother response. It could be psychological but who knows. Works well on the bike and head.

I was surprised the difference this made to the performance over the stock filter on my BMW 1250 GS it's really help me get the most out of my power commander, decat and Remus race can. Came it at a great price with fast delivery as well.
