Alpinestars ST-7 Gore-Tex Trousers - Black / Dark Grey

I bought these to go with the jacket haven't tried them in anger yet but you would imagine laminated Gore-Tex shouldn't be your problem only criticism would be the hip protection could be better

Trousers fit really well, very comfortable, keeps you warm and dry in the Aberdeenshire rain

Like the jacket, very pleased with the trousers.
Completely waterproof even in torrential downpour and didn't wet-out leaving me a dripping sponge like the very old drop-liner Rukka ones they're replacing.

Warmth-wise laminate garments are not as warm as drop-liner but I couldn't tell a difference on my legs in single digit temperature. The warmth difference was only noticeable under jacket on body & arms but legs generally don't get as cold being a bit out the elements getting heat from the bike.

I'm a 32" waist 30 leg and ordered Medium Short. Leg length is spot on & general seat comfort is great. Waist is fine & has belt-like adjustment which is nice but would have preferred just a tiny bit more adjustment room at the fasteners as I wear over work trousers with a belt underneath, but it all fits in without pressing and somewhat my fault for not shifting this "dad-bod". So sizing is good if you dont try and fit a belt underneath them but still comfortable.

Armour is comfortable & stays in the right place too, nice that they came with the hip armour too.
