I have a 2009 RSV4 factory how would I tell if I need a "with cat" or "without cat" exhaust.

The standard cat is situated adjacent to the exhaust can. The replacement Arrow exhaust makes this redundant so the option is to have the Arrow link pipe complete with or without cat.
