This bag is recommended for bikers who want a minimum amount of space to be taken on their bikes and want to travel lightweight without affecting bike balance, the only downside for this small bag it's short straps and you have to tight them up properly otherwise the bag will tilt and you will end up with 5kgs off chain on the right or left side hanging. My Oxford monster chain 1.2m fits inside easy, whatever it's over 1.2m I don't recommend I don't think the bag can take it, you should look for a bigger bag.

Nice bag for small items

This is a nice small bag for items like mobile phone and wallet.
Just two problam is the straps are to short to under seat,
The other thing is the clips are only on one side so not able to un clip to carry the bag but over all a good buy.

Bit small for oxford chain and quality isn't great

I struggled to fit a thick oxford chain inside. While zipping up the seam came undone only single stitched so just made as strong as would expect.
I bought a JFG bag on Amazon for twice the price which was better.
Unfortunately at the time SBS didn't have an alternative otherwise would have got from them.
Great service from SBS no complaints as very helpful.

It's called Mammoth, but Moderate might be a better description. It fits the seat ok, using straps provided, although would be much better if the buckles were at the midpoint, so they fastened under the seat, out of reach of tampering.

Straps too short!

Nice compact size bag that takes an 8mm chain comfotably.My only issue is that the straps won't go around the pillion seat (Multistrada) I'll hopefully solve this by using other straps.

If you are like me and go touring with everything in a back pack, leaving out everything with a weight to it, then lay awake hoping the bike is okay...

Then fear no more, just chuck a chain and a disc lock in this handy little bag that doesn't even get in the way of the back pack.

Happy with this bag. I needed something to hold my locks instead of carrying them in my backpack. It fits my 8mm oxford chain lock and my abus detecto. Straps are fairly long, could probabaly lock it to bars under the tail of your bike or pillion pegs. Bag feels a bit thin but does the job.

It fits round the seat (just!!) on my bike, which is quite a small bike. Doesn't seem the sturdiest but it's working so far and holds my 1.5m chain and padlock so can't grumble. Will need to see how it holds up.

My 2m chain and padlock only just fits, with a bit of jiggling, no space for anything else. (was hoping that my disc lock would fit too!). A little more lightweight than I expected, but time will tell how it holds up. Good for the price though. Glad I don't have to carry the chain myself now!

This pouch is quite small. Also the straps are not long enough to go round the seat of an XSR700. An additional strap was required. Nicely made for the money. Excellent service and fast shipping from SBS.

Bag is small size, big enough for a disc lock and throttle lock. Saves putting items in pockets.
Convenient with clips to secure safely to seat. Unclips quickly from seat and can be carried easily.

Handy little bag and overall a decent if not fantastic product. I use it to carry a disc lock but it may struggle to carry a larger chain.
Would prefer if the zip was a little chunkier, it feels slightly flimsy.
