Oxford Rainseal Over Trousers - Black

I'm a female size 8 - 10, purchased size small, fits perfectly over trousers. Does what they need to!

Not used in the rain yet so can't comment on weather protection. Easily went over my steel toe capped work boots so would be even easier wearing my bike boots which are not quite as bulky. Feel nice to wear once they are on. Sizing about right.
Need to be careful doing up the zips on the legs so they don't catch but I have found most waterproofs are like that. Ironically it's the one item of bike clothing I hope I won't need!

Great value for the quality of the product, always kept me dry, don't last forever but last along time as I wear them daily during winter keeps the chill out.

Bought these as I was doing my CBT and didn't like the idea of soaking wet jeans in 3°C, it poured so very thankful I bought them. Nice thick waterproof layer. Large zip at the calves so easy to get over boots, I did however find you had to be really careful with the zip or it would catch the material and bind. Bottom of the pants did ride up above my boots a few times.

Great Waterproofs, pretty true to size. They could do with some form of waist adjustment and better Zippers on the legs, they always catch some material and get stuck. I keep them zipped up and take off/on my boots as it is less hassle. Great gear but has room for improvement.

Really well made. Haven't tried them in the rain yet, but was so excited with my purchase that I wet myself when trying them on and nobody noticed...so can confirm they're waterproof from the inside at least ;)

These Oxford Rainseal overtrousers are a good product to have with you. Packs up small and easy to put on over boots. Good rainproof and windproof properties.

Excellent rain protection even though it was only a 40 min journey

They are cheap baggy over trousers the keep the rain off for a while. Great if that's what you are expecting.

The good points they are waterproof so far and they are reasonably priced.
The bad points that could easily be sorted IMO.
They could do with a draw string in the waist.
The zips catch very easily when either zipping them up or undoing them. This is the worst flaw as IMO the last thing you need is zips that are catching whenever your at the side of the road in rain trying to put on waterproofs.

They are waterproof, but they are not breathable and make you sweat a lot.
Not recommended for temperatures over 15 degrees.
The lower leg zips are always getting caught, which makes them a pain to put on and off - I had to remove my boots to make it easier.

These Oxford rainseal overtrousers are brilliant. The quality of material and manufacture is excellent. They have performed better then expected in monsoon type rain and kept me bone dry after several hours of riding. They are generous in size so fits over the bulkier bike gear and the full length side zips really help to get them on in a rush. They keep the wind out and more importantly the rain so you stay warm and dry. They come in a bag that squishes down small so packs away in your luggage without taking up any room at all. Very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend. They are not bulky on and don't bunch up behind the knees so are very comfy to wear on long rides.

Great quality over trousers that are not to hard to get over your boots in a hurry. Great quality and definitely are waterproof, lived experience. Arrived quickly and as described.

Second time I've bought these. They are light enough to wear without too much issue, though in warmer weather they will slowly turn you into boil-in-the-bag rice! Provided you keep them maintained and don't pull and stretch them they will remain waterproof for a good period of time.
