Mine was also stuck to plastic blister pack cut it out as a rectangle and used a hair dryer to warm up and it came off ok not to much of a problem had it torn would Sports BS.have changed it ? .I haven't checked it for 4 days it might come off we will see when I use my bike

Arrived looking old and faded but wasn't sure it it was the plastic blister pack or the tank pad. Turned out to be the tank pad.
Cut open the blister pack and the non sticky side of the pad was so stuck to the plastic it was almost impossible to remove.
Pity the adhesive on the back wasn't as stick as the other side of the tank pad.
The whole lot just ended up in the bin.

I would not purchase this product again as me and my brother had a defective product both times. However Sports Bikes Customer Service had a really good customer service and they reimbursed me with my money. .

The product looks quite good. Only issue is it's very stiff and rigid. I tried to mould it into the shape of my CBF but after 2/3 days it just came off. Maybe if it could be more maluable to fit different bike bodies.

This item is a quality piece of kit, and the price is exceptional. I had no trouble fixing it, you just need to follow instructions and clean the tank properly, dry it off and then carefully place the sticky side down. I also used fridge magnets to help keep the pad secure overnight. Job done!

Looks good once applied, though the adhesive isn't great. Used a hair dryer on low heat to try and make it stick better, which did help, but still have the odd edge unstuck.
