Good quality Japanese made chain. Make sure you use the DID tool for the rivet if you want a dependable DIY option; yes you can use a punch, or another riveting tool, but they are less reliable for the DIY'er.

SPORTSBIKESHOP delivered as promised. The price was very competetive compared with some others I checked. I've not had chance to use my bike yet at another supplier has faile to deliver my chain riveter, but it looks pretty much the same as the original which did over 30k miles.

Chain appears well made, an improvement on the original. As always, helpful advice from SPORTSBIKESHOP, reasonably priced and prompt free delivery. As I haven't travelled many miles so far I can't give along term review, but all seems well.

D.I.D's patented X-ring construction reduces friction by twisting between the side plates instead of squashing. Normal O-rings and other manufacturers modified O-rings have squashed points that increase friction. The twisting action of the X-ring disperses the pressure and minimises power loss.
