Excellent design for under the seat location. Well constructed and useful feedback from the lights to allow you to know battery state or if the unit is in operation. Auto shut off after an hour when everything is turned off.

If you have a SAE plug from your battery, you just need to connect it. Otherwise you just need to get one which takes 5 minutes to install.
You can locate the charger under the seat and run a cable to the dash; or run the SAE port to the dash and just have a short USB lead between your device and this charger.
It will give continuous power to devices unless the battery voltage drops (check charger specs) which is very handy.
