The Oxford magnum u lock is a solid piece of security for your motorbike pushbike or anything you dont want to wander off when you leave it alone, it's quite heavy but it's big enough to fit through a wheel or part of the frame and with the added steel cable you can then secure it to something immovable we all know that in this age of battery disc cutters any security is vulnerable to theft but this lock is gold rated to withstand those attacks so the thief is going to have to be hanging around longer trying to steal your gear and if you attach it to something solid they can't just lift it into a van and whisk it away to a quiet lockup, I guess the golden rule is never make it easy for them and they may choose an easier target, it comes with 2 keys the lock works easy and a bracket to mount it to a push bike so it has duel purpose if you're a cyclist as well.

Great lock with a couple of keys. Has handy attachment to secure when riding. Almost two locks for price of one with sold secure endorsement. What's not to like.

Great lock and peace of mind

Love this, able to secure the bike to a fixed item using the cable as well as locking through the break with the d lock give reassurance my bike is safe. Highly viable when fitted and gold rating.
Feels well made, keys fit easily and locking mechanism feels robust whilst still easy to use.

Sturdy and visible

This is a well made Lock and shackle, easy to use and a visible deterrent while in use.
The cable is a handy extra to allow chaining the bike to street furniture etc.
It is heavy to lug around with you. But I guess that's the price you pay for a substantial bit of kit like this.

Strong lock, narrow fit

Ended up fitting through disc and spikes as wouldn't fit around tyre , however still does a great job and the cable is a bonus. So check your tyre width, if you want it to guy there

Stong, Quick and convenient, either slip it through the front/back wheel or with the added cable around a bit of street furniture, I needed a lock that was a visible deterrent that was easily and quickly locked. Being able to carry it in the topbox or rucksack, without the hassle of it being a large heavy chain. Perfect for everyday use, gives me peace of mind from two names you can trust, Oxford and Sportsbikeshop.

Oxford magnum duo U lock

Lock and cable are substantial, and fit well through the bike wheel. However the key is difficult to get into the lock itself, the lock barrel moving around by itself and feels very loose and grouchy. As if it's full of sand. It does its job but doubt it will last very long. Just hope it doesn't get stuck on the bike! Still it was cheap.
Normal excellent service from Sportsbikeshop.

Very substantial locking system with a heavy cable that allows you to lock onto lampposts or other fixed it ms or if non available to attach to other parts of your bike to prevent it being ridden or pushed away.

Hard core deterrent, looks well made, easy to use. You can put in average size rucksack. Key works well with tumbler to stop elements getting in. All round deterrent.

Hopefully it'll never be tested, but looks pretty secure. I'd hoped the use the bracket to attach it to the rack, but sadly won't work. But nice to have so can use it with a cycle as well.
Only down side is this was bought with an Oxford disc lock and they keys look the same. In the past when I've bought Oxford locks, they differed on either shape or colour. So I'll have to find some way to identify them on the same keyring
