Drift Ghost XL PRO 4K Action Camera

Overall a good camera. All the pro's are covered in the product description. Although I have yet to test battery life properly. I am a bit disappointed with the remote. Its small and not glove friendly at all. The start button on the remote is just about OK, and you would have thought that it would be the same button to stop recording, it's not!! Hitting the same button s8mply takes a picture, the much smaller button is the stop button. I have found this much more difficult to use, to the point of having to pull over, stop, take a glove off and try the button again. The older remote for the original ghost was so much better. Another complaint is the phone app. You cannot use the phone app whilst using blue tooth on the remote!! Further, if using the phone app and you stop for a break and turn the camera off, it does not auto reconnect!! You have to go back into settings on the camera, turn on the WiFi again and go through the whole process all over again. It's a real pain!!

On the upside, quality of the footage is excellent. The flexibility of mounting options is fantastic.

Despite the stated things that I personally find wrong, it's a personal thing and not everyone will find these as hard to swallow. I still prefer the ghost xl pro over the go pro.

Where do I start? From the beginning to the end of my purchase, everything went efficiently and smoothly - communication, service and transaction. So impressed that I have made a second purchase and looking forward to making more.

This is an excellent bit of kit. Easy to use, even with fat fingers inside gloves, the clarity and colours of video quality is outstanding. Easily comparable, if not better, than its more expensive peers, the Ghost XL Pro wins on battery life hands down. Quick to charge, easy to use and still pictures you can frame, as well as video that is vlog-worthy. Stand by for hours of NC500 footage hitting a social media network near you! Very happy with this camera.

Great bit of kit, high specification camera, quality of the video is superb. Four practical modes, easy to use, even easier with the remote control. The standard mounting bracket fits perfectly onto front brake reservoir of my Triumph Rocket 3 GT, giving an excellent field of vision and the remote onto a convenient bars mount, comfortable set up. You do need your phone or iPad to view the data.

This is a neat compact camera.
Does a bit too much for what I want it for. However well made and compact camera.
It's a small view window so if you wear glasses be warned.
Shame no protective case to fit this camera. Not end of the world.
