Arai ACS10 Sena Bluetooth Intercom System

Great fit into the quantic.
Trying to update the firmware on the app or website is ridiculous. Whether the website was own or the app not functioning properly??
Unable to adjust the sound settings or radio due to latest software not loaded.
The Cardo system gets louder automatically over 40 mph. Not the Sena.

As usual the Sportsbikeshop supplies top quality products at a great price, with rapid delivery. This headset is absolutely spot on, fitting the aria quantic perfectly.

The Sena is so easy to fit to the Arai Quantic. Took about 10min. Sound quality is great, easy to link to friends.

I've had this for a couple of weeks now and disappointed everytime I use it.

The volume when you turn the device on is loud, however when listening to music it is shockingly low even when turned up full on my phone and device.

I can not hear any music when going about 20 miles per hour on a BMW GS with a standard exhaust.

Very disappointed as it is unusable.

Always been sceptical about Bluetooth headsets but this is amazing. Fits the Arai perfect and sound quality is spot on. Even over the top of my pancake v4

Excellent custom fit intercom.
Putting the intercom into helmet was pretty smooth - only one bit that needed a few looks at the instructions. Very neat installation - compact and no bits that stick out. Configuration using phone app was useful. Sound quality excellent and connection to pillion Sena intercom was far more reliable than other units I have tried.

Good quality of sound considering how these sit (within cheek pads) and the environment (loud engine and street noise).
The device connects super quickly to my phone too which is a plus.
Not really difficult to fit contrary to what a lot of reviews state - everything fits within the lining.

This system was an absolute nightmare to fit because the instructions were at best useless. I had to send the helmet away to get it fitted by an Arai rep. I live too far away from sportsbikeshop to have it fitted by them. Now I ADMIT that once it came back fitted, it's a great bit of kit and fitted into my Arau RX7-V. What isn't shown on the instructions is that the main part of the unit fits between the skull cap inside the helmet and the padded ring that goes around the nape of your neck, NOT between the padding and the helmet as it looks in the instructions. I sent photos to sportsbikeshop that they can supply if you're having problems fitting it. As usual first class service from sportsbikeshop.

I bought this because of the helmet specific fitment. Unfortunately the integration is poor, and certainly doesn't look like it's helmet specific. Even worse, the software is very buggy and sound at motorway speeds inaudible. It maybe a fault with the device I received but it kept dropping the Bluetooth connection and wouldn't reliably connect to my bike TFT. I've returned the Sena and bought a Cardio x4 which is awesome. The difference between the two is unbelievable. The Cardio sound quality is fantastic, great app and reliable connectivity, which is the exact opposite of the Sena in my experience. Great service from sportsbikeshop as usual.

Brought this for my arai rx7-v really simple to install. It's nice and compact and doesn't look out of place. It's easy to use and the sound quality is crisp with the hd speakers overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Sena works ok. Excellent service from SportsBikeShop. Would have benefited from more written instructions as the so called Quick Start was inadequate.

Really pleased with the system so far.. it's sleek design and simple operation is ideal for my needs. The speakers deliver very good sound quality with a nice bass tone and this can be adjusted through the Sena App,, quality of sound is good up to 80mph (private road of course ) then it starts to drop off (subject to bike wind noise etc) the negative is t ha the fitting instructions are not supplied but found on the App.. which is a little awkward to use when fitting it.. overall tho super pleased with it as it means I can ditch the in ear headset.
