Givi 4130FZ Rear Rack - Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX

A very good rack. Much easier to fit than the shad system. And is made better for quick removal if no longer needed. I would recommend highly.

Bought for my 2023 Ninja 1000SX Tourer at a great price and excellent service from Sportsbikeshop. It is an excellent quality item from Givi which fits and compliments the bike perfectly. The item comes with a set of good instructions but are not complete, it does not mention the need to remove both grab rails, the plastic cowl around the rear seat area and the removal of two small screws from the tail pack once it's been dropped to allow its removal before the new Givi bracket and tail pack can be re-fitted. (Note the two small screws cannot be replaced once bracket is fitted). Do not despair, there are a couple of good videos on line for tail pack removal. Despite the incomplete instructions, this item is well worth the money and fits very securely and complements the bike.

Really good quality item, easy to fit, although, would have been easier to fit had the instructions been complete, says the four bolts removed will drop the tail out, however, it doesn't tell you that you have to remove the grip bars the plastic off the back, pop out the rear to drop down and remove two screws before the tail can be removed, and you can't put them back inonce bracket is fitted. Only reason I didn't give 5 rating. Bracket itself is great, study and kept to a minimum so if removed there are no big brackets hanging around.

I am planning a challenge ride and needed a rack for my top box the Givi4130FZ is an excellent product, strong and easy to fit and great value for money. The product was delivered the very next day on ordering so I am very impressed all round.
