Solid piece of kit

The rack is solid. Problem was accessibility of fasteners on the bike. Once installed it looks ace and doesn't reduce the looks of the bike too much.
SBS got this product to me with no damage, being wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap and in a box of its own. They arrived on a Wednesday when I was not supposed to be at home (I had booked a Friday when checking out) but was able to take delivery…why have the option SBS?

Quality piece of kit

Well manufactured by Givi and really solid structure once fitted and tightened up (fully install finger tight first before committing to tight bolts).
The rack came by itself from Sportsbikeshop, ensuring no damage from other item's rattling around…appreciated.

The PLO1178CAM is configured for Monokey Cam-Side cases like the Givi Trekker Outback but can easily be converted to take Givi Monokey case with the addition of the OFMK adapter kit. Alternatively, the rails alone can accommodate the Givi GRT709 soft cases which come with their own adapter. The frames can also be upgraded to incorporate the quick release facility if paired with the optional 01RKIT Quick Release Kit.
The Givi PL One-Fit tubular frame allows the installation of different models of side cases on your bike: a single product, many possible solutions! The PL One-Fit project includes a tubular frame, specific to each motorcycle model, on which it is possible to mount different kits, depending on the fixing system of the chosen side case. So, it will allow you to replace the mounted cases with a different model of motorcycle case with a different fixing system, while keeping the same tubular frame. For greater rigidity, stability and resistance, the frame is made with a diameter of 18mm, compared to the previous ones of 16mm. This also guarantees greater strength, designed to last over time; in fact, the tubular frame will not only allow you to interchange your Givi cases based on the needs or the type of journey you have to make, but also to replace over time your old model of case, even after years of intense use, with a new model with a different fixing system.
