Ok but not as good as hoped

Its well made, I got the larger one for the motorola defy, which goes in fine. The whole unit tends to bounce about, when making progress, which isn't good. It's clear enough to see your route and the phone works fine through the plastic. It's bulky to carry around. Well made though and simple to fit.

Feels flimsy

Feels flimsy on the bar and I worried about it breaking. Only used once and it stayed on at 70mph. However with it on the base of my rear mirror it was in the wind which gradually pushed it until the screen was pointed down so I couldn't see it. I couldn't seem to get that to stop so needs further trying. As it was it was useful with that caveat.

Seems like it will last well. Bar mount good, with an additional strap just in case. Only problem is, as I currently have a smallish phone, it's difficult to get it to stay in place. There is some foam included which you can use.

The S958B is the perfect solution for transferring your smartphone onto a motorcycle, scooter, bicycle, quad etc. The fitting system, compatible with a tubular bar with a diameter between 8mm and 35mm and with the ability to wrap around items that are not perfectly round, enables this model to be used on motorcycles with a handlebar with a diameter of 22mm or on stalks of a rear-view mirror. Loosening the handle on the mounting support can adjust the position of the smartphone holder according to the rider's specific requirements, at any time and without the need for any tools.
