I use these on my trackbike, think they do a great job, and they last.
The pads do have a good progressive feel to them, the more you squeeze the lever, the harder they bite, giving good feed back as to what is going on with the front. Low noise to these also, when used with OEM rotors, and no noticeable wear as yet.. Same feel to these pads in the wet as in the dry, which is always a good thing, I would recommend these to others over other equipment and will be replacing with the same, when the time comes..

Galfer produce many different compounds of brake pad for all types of riding styles. With more than 60 years of experience in the production of friction materials, they have learned that one compound does not always suit the need of every rider. So, no matter if you are looking for an O.E.M. replacement or a high performance race compound brake pad, they have you covered. Galfer's 1375 compound is the result of many days at the racetrack and on the brake dyno. Based on advanced ceramics, this compound is meant for the track and fast road riding. It offers very fast heat recovery for more consistent braking which, in turn, gives the rider more ?feel?. This is the pad of choice for most aggressive street riders and racers. These pads are very easy on rotors since they do not have the same levels of metallics in them as many O.E.M. and after-market brands. This 1375 compound also features a ceramic coated back plate which helps to dissipate heat away from the brake pad and reduces the heat transfer into the caliper pistons. This gives a cooler running system that will be able to withstand more heat cycles and deliver consistent braking.
