I don't want to give this 5 star because of the price, but I'll be buying another as a gift so clearly think it's worth it!
Snoods / neck warmers always seem to leave a cold area, this covers that (literally) keeping the neck everything that's exposed between the top of the jacket and helmet warm and dry. It will either be worn or on my person for every ride during the colder months.

Its quite thin, which is good, and warm, and not loose, so the fit is snug. It fits well under helmet and doesn't interfere with the chin strap.
It certainly stops the draughts. I have only done a couple of hundred miles with it, but you forget its there, quite quickly.
