Excellent quality again from Merlin.

Unfortunately the second class delivery service from The Royal Mail was rubbish. I made the effort to provide an alternative address when I placed my order saying if there was no answer at my house it could be left at the local Post Office which is a couple of hundred yards down the road. The delivery guy decided to squeeze the package tightly to get it through my letterbox. He failed to do this and the squeezing opened the package fully, he then tried to give it to my neighbour who didn't want to take it in that condition. I heard him talking with my neighbour and when he realised I was in he left it outside my front-door and drove off as quickly as he could. I only hope there was no invoice inside the package with any credit card details available to him.
