Great service again from Sportsbikeshop. The Yuasa battery I wanted was in stock and they price- matched to competitor. I knew the battery was fresh because it had the latest designation from Yuasa who have recently dropped the BS suffix from the battery code. The BS stands for 'bottle supplied' where the acid is supplied separately and the customer used to fill the battery. From 1st July 2018 the customer may not fill the battery unless licenced so the retailer does it. However, Yuasa are now supplying batteries factory filled which will not be marked BS and this is what Sportsbikeshop supplied.
The battery was well packed and very fast delivery by DPD which is my preferred service anyway as I can track the parcel in real time
