Products are the same no matter who you buy them from, but it's the after sales service that differentiates one retailer from another. Sportsbikeshop have been great in resolving a difficult situation with a fault sitting somewhere between my bike electrics, heated jacket (not purchased through Sportsbikeshop) and my new heated gloves. They have been patient and very accommodating ... thanks

Very well made gloves.
I like the short cuffs which fit well with my jacket although a slightly more generous cut would be better. The single velcro closure works well.
Heat distribution is good and the controls easy to use.
I would prefer a usb charger.

I love these heated gloves, which connect directly to my bike via the Macna Centre heated under-jacket. This way, there is no need to use batteries in the pouch and therefore provides a great fitting glove with 4 heat settings, the maximum of which is boiling ! Thanks Sportsbikeshop, I am very pleased with my purchase

Good quality but a strange fit.

The heat is excellent it's the fitting that's odd. I have glove size xs and by the time the double batteries (recommend by macna) are in their pouch, it doesn't leave much room for getting the gloves on. Getting the second glove on is even worse as you're already gloved up on your one working hand!! Having a longer cuff glove may be better as the battery pack sits right on the wrist with these ones. It may just be a case of them needing 'broken in'.
Controls are simple and easy to use. Good quality and a good cosy glove when cranked up at maximum heat.
