2nd faulty Pinlock

I've bought Arai Tour X4 helmet which came with the Pinlock. 1st helmet had misshapen beak and I had to return it. 2nd helmet is OK but came with Pinlock which had bulge on the seal and would allow moisture to get in. SBS exchanged Pinlock but even 2nd Pinlock has got bulge on the seal. After waiting 6 weeks for replacement Pinlock I installed it anyway in hope that it'll work. Unfortunately, it doesn't and it allows moisture to get in between visor and Pinlock. Tension has been adjusted properly. Now SBS wants me to bring the visor with Pinlock into their nearest store which is 80miles away. I cannot believe £30 Pinlock is stopping me using my new £400 helmet.
