SW Motech Pro Daypack Tank Bag

Brilliant design. Sturdy fitting to tank. Perfect size as it is, but also gives plenty more room when extended. Would recommend this bag.

Wonderful smaller sized bag that holds plenty but doesn't get in the way. The usual high quality SW Motech finish and design. I carry a battery pack, GoPro batteries and charger, a hat, pens, zip ties, a couple of tools, a small first aid kit and still have space to throw a few snack bars and keys in too while I'm travelling. Works on a variety of bikes with different shaped tanks too. Highly recommended.

Great daypack, perfect size for all your wallet and phone etc. Handy wire feed hold if you need to charge anything. Exceptionally simple to fit and remove with the pro tank ring. SW Motech have nailed it

I purchased this tank bag for just days out (clue is in the name of the bag - Daypack), just to take a few bits and pieces with me, especially water in the current weather.
It will easily accommodate a couple of water bottles and small items.
It also expands, so slightly larger items could also be accommodated.
The bag quality is excellent, what you would expect from SW-Motech, and it comes with a drawstring storage bag for safekeeping when not in use, and a waterproof cover that can be used when it's attached to the bike.
It is easy to remove when you need to fill up your tank, thanks to a simple pull cord mechanism, that releases it from the magnetic tank ring (sold separately).
Overall, I'm very impressed.

I love this bag. Locking mechanism works seamlessly. The o ring makes it so it hovers on the tank, not touching the paint.

Very well designed and made with magnetic base that clicks into the separate base plate. A little disappointed in it's overall size compared to the internal space as it's a very big bag compared to my old Yamaha model which was a 5-9L but was overall a smaller bag. That is down to the bottom of the bag rising slightly internally eating into the storage space. Still expands though for more space. For any Triumph Tiger 850 sport/900 owners, you can just about get to the key with base plate pushed all the way forward.

Solid little bag, when expanded it can be a little wobbly at speed on a naked bike but that's to be expected. Zip compartment in the lid holds wallet and phone away from the magnets at the base of the bag. The magnets only help guide the bag on, the actual locking mechanism is robust and gives you confidence the bag isn't going to fly off.

Small but with plenty of capacity for sort of items that would fit in a small shoulder bag. Expands which gives significantly more capacity. Using on a Honda ATAS and sits quite far back to clear bars. However, presents no difficulty in use. Very happy.

Bought this bag to carry some essentials on my R1250GS without the heavy top box. I was surprised at how many items can fit into it., tyre inflator, puncture repair kit ,disc lock and some paperwork. The connection onto the tank is solid and very easy to remove. Fitting the connector ring to the tank was simple. The build quality is second to none and the bag expands if more room is required. Very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend .

Love this tank bag. Just the right size to throw all of my bits in and absolutely superb quality. Yes, they are pricey but worth every penny.

The last tank bag I had was one of those baglux things that came with a complete colour coordinated leather cover for the petrol tank and then had to be clipped into place , innovation for the 90s but totally out of date now . These SW MOTECH bags however have reinvented the words super efficient, stylish and easy to use, takes five minutes to fit the dedicated tank ring , (ordered in addition to the bag itself ) attaching the bag is simplicity itself, numerous videos on YouTube. One of the best additions you'll ever buy for your bike but don't take my word for it, buy one and see for yourself , superb service from SBS as always, my first stop clothing and accessories store since I got back into biking in 2015 . They aren't cheap but quality never is .

Very pleased with this purchase. It replaces another Motech tank bag, but I purchased this to go on my pillion seat of my new Tiger 900 rally pro. Does the job perfectly. Would highly recommend this.

This is a very sturdy tank bag, I fitted it to my BMW RS1250 for touring mainly, when you need things to hand every time you stop. Easy to fit, very easy to remove when in use, and it looks and feels top quality. For a BMW it is one I could recommend.
