Extra luggage space with trade offs

This is a good product and offers extra storage space, but has trade offs that need to be considered. Firstly the steering lock will be restricted, especially if you have risers. Second, if your bike has a TFT screen the view of it can be obscured slightly, fortunately not the important bits. Third and last is that if you have a ram mount or similar fitted to the bars or the bar clamps, then it will need to be modified to miss the bag. Now for the good bits... It is very well made, easy to remove and reattach after fuelling and has a big enough gap under the bag to prevent scratching. Overall it is a quality product, if you are prepared to modify thigs to suit it.

The Pro GS was developed specifically for steeply sloped fuel tanks such as that of the BMW R1250GS. The stable tank bag offers up to 20 litres of generous storage space. Equipped with the MOLLE system for holding a smartphone or tablet holder, the Pro GS is the perfect companion for long journeys. The Pro tank bags offer elegant and timeless design together with durable materials and sophisticated product features. Ballistic nylon material protects the luggage against shocks, wind and weather. The top made of laminated EVA material gives the bags a distinctive shape and, along with a MOLLE attachment, ensures a secure hold for smartphone and tablet holders. The factory-fitted upper ring guide rail allows for the tank bag to adapt to the shape of the tank and the ergonomic needs of the rider much more easily. Only the Pro tank bags offer this flexibility. Matching this, SW Motech offers the patented Pro tank rings made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic. They are made to match the motorcycle model. The robust Pro tank ring with magnetic guide aid secures the Pro tank bags with a mechanical Quick-Lock snap lock. This allows the tank bags to be attached or removed with just one hand.
