Bought this to go with a new helmet as there was a discount. Really good instal, neat easy to follow video online. Sena made for Nolan so works well with bike and my partners Sena 20s. Defo worth it when buying a Nolan lid. Easy to operate.

Great addition to the N-120 helmet

Have had coms on most of my helmets in the past. First time I've purchased a tailor made set. Fairly easy to install, look good on the helmet and the sound quality is a big step up from my old Sena5. VOX intercom is brilliant. No fiddling about to switch intercom on and off. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 is the buttons are a bit difficult to find when wearing thick winter gloves. Have already purchased Sena RC4 remote to mount on the bars. N-Com are made Sena so no issues with compatibility.

When ordered wait time was a few weeks, which I wasn't too bothered about.. SBS emailed see if I wanted to keep the order or cancel, said I can wait, no worries. Turned out item arrived two days later, so kudos to SBS on their service..Watched video on the fitting of intercom, but took me a while get it fitted..the connection for the battery to the unit is dinky, and a proper faff trying to get it connected, same goes for the connection of the microphone..once fitted gave it a whirl in the house, and sound seems good...The ess system looks good and bright, so hopefully a bit more visible to other road users....overall, apart from some faff a decent product built for the helmet..thank you..

Good piece of kit and custom fits + integrate very well into my Nolan N702-X helmet.
Battery life and sound is good but still getting used to buttons which admittedly are smaller than similar products I've had before and a bit fiddly particularly with clumsy Winter gloves.
Overall very happy though as I've said with the fitting and dedicated integration into the helmet so that it does not look bulky or out of place and does not detract or interfere with use general look and function of the helmet. I'm sure I'll get used to the buttons and it'll be a breeze in Summer with lighter gloves!
The added Radio and well placed/hidden antenna + integrated Emergency red stop/sudden slow down light fitted to the back of the helmet as part of the system are welcome bonusses.
Overall very happy with my purchase and the excellent service and friendly + helpful staff at SBS Milton Keynes can not be mentioned enough. Thank you !

Excellent service, i went to the Boston branch, brought the B601,then got it home changed my mind and wanted the B902,no trouble at all, sent it to my local SBS in Milton Keynes, always so helpful, item itself is good, does what it says in the description, easy to install to my Nolan N70-2x,I used a video on youtube ,download the Ncom easy app once the gadget is installed in your helmet,only downside is not all the radio stations I prefer to listen to come through clearly, next step is to sort out the intercom with my mates, ready for our Scotland trip, I am a happy customer, I now get nearly all my motorcycle bits and bobs at SBS ..Steve

Got this for my partner's Nolan helmet, really easy to fit and works really well, very intuitive buttons and very easy to use.
Light on the back is good and adds visibility which is nice.
Have been told it works really well so happy with the purchase.

Ok but pricey

Good service by sportsbike shop -sadly let down by very poor delivery from dhl (next day delivery but was actually delivered 5days later!!!!!) fitting in my nolan n100-5 was a doddle-everything fitted neat and tidy and well with a little bit of patience, didnt want the ess version but was only one I could get hold of-radio very mediocre and I find the buttons quite small but sure with use will become easier sound and volume good-pairing good with phone but I found the whole setup overcomplicated and sequences slow to respond to input so honest opinion? could be more user friendly some parts (plastic) very flimsy and doubt would survive many if any disassembly to other helmet and the price is I think high compared to competition-if I had any thing other than nolan helmet would not have bought but nolan helmet great and didnt want to "stick" other systems to it.

Bit fiddly to fit on my N100-5 plus but well worth the effort. Soooo much better than my Interphone tour on my other helmet. Great piece of kit for sure !

Easy to use with gloved hand. Straight forward to install. ESS adjustability is much better than the original version. Handy having instructions on the app as can forget the sequences sometimes. App could do with better functionality and lacks modern feel. FM radio is average. Can hear just fine with ear plugs at 70mph.
