Beeline Moto Metal - Gunmetal Grey

This fits perfectly on my Bonneville black, you can hardly tell it is there - which is what I wanted. When I was looking at phone mounts that would not damage my phone, it didn't feel like a huge step up to go for the Beeline instead! You do need a phone with a decent GPS connection, but then it works great. Can be a little difficult to navigate in multi lane city ring roads, but otherwise fantastic.

Bought this nearly 2 weeks ago and maybe I need a more up to date phone but according to website it should work with my samsung s8.But most of the time it loses connection and hasnt got a clue where I am I hope it gets better very frustrating so far tried it on routes I know it's a good job I could have still been out there

Well made and nice looking that won't spoil your bike. Can be used on a pedal bike too. Fittings provided are good (elastic band and stick on) but you can get all sorts - mounts are a bit expensive. App is fantastic and makes TomTom one look terrible. Really good routing options for bikers.

Great. Do it. Buy one.
The Only additional advice is to have a way to charge your phone on long days out.
I use a battery pack in my pocket after about 6 or 7 hours to keep my iPhone charged.

The beeline unit charges very quickly, battery life lasts for ages and is very easy to install. I love the simplicity in use and it is very easy to see directions when riding. I also use it in my car. Most of all I love the compass mode..

Superb little device. Really well made (I have the gun metal grey one) and looks discrete on the bike. The bike mount is genius, so quick, easy but still secure. Simple to use, the app is great and connects quickly and easily with the device. The guidance is easy to understand when you get the hang of it and has added hugely to my enjoyment of rides. I've seen reviews where people say it is not as good as a full screen, dedicated sat nav. Missing the point. It is not trying to be that. I've used it locally and found great roads I didn't know, also to get me from Sheffield to West Mids after buying a new bike. No complaints. Glad I bought it.

A joy to use.

Chose the gun metal grey, and it's very well made and finished. The metal case is made really superb and looks very classy, worth the extra £.
It works really good, it's very intuitive and informative. You get the hang of it really quickly as it's so clearly displayed, & it shows the most important bits you need. So can be easily read at a quick glance, the display is very clear too, in the sun and shade. Download the app first if you wanted, and use it on your phone to get the gist of the way it works if needed be. Very clever little unit!

I purchased the Beeline Gunmetal Grey in June and have been on a few ride outs now and it's a brilliant solution to sat nav on a bike.

So far I have found it accurate, display is crystal clear and doesn't take much getting used to.

It allows you concentrate on the road more than a phone screen as the instructions are simple and clear and can be digested into your brain in a split second so you look up much quicker.

Compass mode is also very cool as you know you are headed in the right direction but you can choose the way so you still have the freedom to explore the less conventional routes and twisties.

App and connectivity easy and it works well. Route design with waypoints easy and you can import GPX files easily.

Brilliant bit of kit and highly recommended.

Easy to use little device. Displays just enough information to be able to follow the route and because there's no map you have to think the road and road signs more, which makes for a more involving ride. The Beeline app is easy to use too.
