I ordered a set of rear pads for my 04 triumph tiger ( this was the crossover year) and I hadn't removed the old ones to know what they looked like , so they were wrong , did a return form, no hassle sent them back ,new ( correct ones ) arrived ) How easy was that. Great product. And great company. Thanks guys
