Bought theses together with the EBC XC Discs for my CB1300 SC40.
I thought they would be a good match.
However, they make a sound best described as clicking when braking.
It was driving me crazy and I checked everything over again and again. Finally I tried putting the old pads back in and the sound went away.
My own theory is that because the original pads have 3 groves instead of 1 it allows the gas from the pads to escape more freely where on the EBC pads the gas gets trapped in the holes of the disc and that causes the annoying clicking sound as the gas is released.
Have just bought Original Honda pads and they are nice and quiet and they also perform better than these.

Really great pads, use these all the time for riding on track (Zx6r). Stopping power is good no fade and they seem to last a long time.

When used in conjuction with EBC XC Contour disc I found these pads bite very well, plenty of friction material on these so should see a few thousand miles.

Can these pads be used with standard OE calipers on a 2003 Honda CBR600F?
March 12, 2012EBC list the EPFA296HH as fitment for the 2003 Honda CBR600F3 & RR3. They are designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM pads and as such will fit the OEM caliper.
