The gloves warm the back of the hand and the backs of the fingers, would have liked the fronts to be heated also, but still happy with the gloves, used them on a 3 hour ride on full heat and the batteries lasted no problem, the batteries charge up nice and quickly even with my power bank

Quality Retro Heated Glove

Really lovely pair of Merlin Minworth heated gloves. They look great and are the usual Merlin quality. I went with a large, I get what some people say about them being tight when getting them on, but I suspect this will ease with use like most things leather. They seem warm enough for me, had them on medium when it was about 5 degrees C outside. The upper palm and fingers were nice and warm and I chose heated gloves over grips to keep the wind chill off the upper palm. To be fair I'm fortunate enough not to have to commute, so I'm unlikely to ride in less than 2 or : degrees. I'll probably buy another couple of batteries and change these over for longer rides when it's cold. Didn't like the idea of connecting and unconnecting 12v wired gloves Very happy with purchase

Merlin Minworth Heated Glove

I bought these for Winter warmth. They are warm even when switched off. They look good and are supple so can still use the controls easily.
The cuffs would benefit from being a bit longer to aid the cuff overlap. They are more difficult on my watch side and the battery is a bit bulky.
If worn under a jacket cuff the controls are inaccessible.
On first use at level 2 for 20 mins, I parked at a supermarket, put them in my rear bag and 20 mins later the left glove was red hot and was flat and wouldn't switch on. I presume that pressure switched it on accidentally. A sliding master switch would overcome this.
I have only used them twice so far. No issues on the second ride.
Reasonably pleased. My Winter rides will be fairly short so they should be adequate for that.

These gloves arrived the day after I ordered them which was great as it was the first really cold day this autumn, the gloves were fantastic,warm and supple. I am really pleased with them.

Tight on the wrist getting your hand through. Waterproof switch but why no waterproof battery compartment.
Heats the back of the hand fine but fingers not aswell.

bought these for the winter commute, not cheap but just brilliant. heats the back of the hand and fingers and keeps the cold at bay. battery is a little bulky under the wrist but I can live with that for the warmth they provide
