Keis B501WRP Ladies Premium Heated Bodywarmer - Black / Red

Not sure how I coped without this, it's like a wearing a big warm hug.
I was unsure which size to order, my Alpinestars leather jacket is size 14 so I ordered the 12 body warmer but had to return and order the 10, which fits well without being too tight. I decided not to get the controller as I'm always cold and still use heated grips in June.

The first time I used the bodywarmer was a long ride in North Wales in January... I did not expect to arrive at my destination as warm as I did. I hate riding cold as I tense up and finally I'm riding relaxed and better in the winter. I'd been recommended this by a few people and I wish I'd bought it sooner.

The fit is excellent and true to size. Yes there are wires but they didn't dig in to me and so far I'm impressed with the quality. It came in a lovely box and immediately that creates the right impression.

Why didn't I buy one sooner? Absolute game changer. Makes riding in the cold and wet a joy. Definitely need to buy the heat controller too. Low heat is just enough to keep the chill away at temps between 7-10C below that medium is toasty.. the high collar is a great feature. Very good quality jacket. A bit pricey but worth it. The jacket is long in the body so no issues with it riding up when your sat on the bike. Not a generous cut so go up a size.

Bought this for the wife and it's very good. Sizing up recommended. Build quality and detailing seem good, as is cable management when you plug other devices in. My own heated jacket is from another brand, but from what I can see, the Keis products are superior.
Other comments mention frustration at having to buy a separate controller. Less cost is always nice, but in terms of quality, construction, long-term value for money etc., this is worth it. My wife wears it round the house too using the battery pack - again, it works well.

Pity you have to buy all the essentials separately but at least you have the choice of power source that is powered from your bike's battery or from its own battery. You do need the power controller. It even has ports for trousers and gloves! The best thing is it works.

My wife loves the ladies B501WRP Gilet. A 12 Sizing is perfect for her 5'8" size 10-12 figure, even and strong heating. Heat Controller is a must and works really well. Not cheap, but does exactly what it says on the tin.

My wife loves this jacket, and it works really well. My only disappointment with it, is the extra costs to make it work better. You need to buy an additional on/off switch for control, also the battery is extra. It is almost another £100 on top of the existing purchase price.
There are cheaper options, I do not know if I would buy another one.

The jacket is excellent, however does come up rather on the small size!!
My wife is a size 10. I purchased the size 12 so she could get a couple of base layers underneath. On arrival, the size 12, would not fit her when she was just wearing a sports bra!
Ended up with a size 16!! Which fitted her snuggly and was not loose or baggy.

I found this Item excellant.

Found the 5200 MaH Battery lasts3 - 4 Hrs at high setting.

Well worth it I also have the jacket if you like your arms toasty also you need Long leads to connect gloves to this item Not available at sportsbike but found a supplier.

Well made, works well, the size is accurate. Bought with the battery first which only gives you on or off which can get very hot, definitely need to buy the controller too!
Keeps you warm, one of the best bits of kit I've bought. Worth the cost.

Bought this for my wife who rides pillion. She hasn't worn it on the bike yet due to lock downs and weather but she has worn it eating outside in a pub garden in December, dog walking and horse riding all using the batter power. She loves it. She puts it on the high setting for about 15 minutes to start then turns it down to medium or low, usually low. She reports that her hands arms and legs don't get cold either. The only minor complaint is that the battery can occasionally get in the way as the fit has to be snug but it doesn't detract from the overall experience and is otherwise very comfortable. Had to exchange the first one as it didn't fit. The ladies cut makes it a tighter fit it seems. Usual excellent service from SBS

Excellent quality item, great fit, as I purchased the optional battery pack it will be more versatile than ever,I have other keis kit and it has all been brilliant and never let me down, I just wish the heat controller was in the box and not an optional extra as it really isn't optional
