XCP Professional - Rust Blocker Clear Coat

We've all used ACF50 which is fine going into storage but has no staying power, washes/blows straight off. Whereas this seems to stay. Smells nasty, mists well, sticks. More industrial /serious product. I only buy this now.

It works and no real issues in applying or wiping down post application

Gets into the hard to get to places coats evenly if used as per instructions and don't over spray

Does exactly what it says on the tin easy instructions to follow

I've been using ACF50 so far and thought I'd give this a try to see the difference. I much prefer the spray. It is a fine mist that makes it much easier to coat all the crooks and grannies on the bike. I haven't found it any more sticky so far. I'm impressed. I'll probably use a combination of the two going forward.

I use this on the bits I can't get to with ACP, it's a fine mist spray so gets everywhere your hands can't and isn't gloopy, drys clear. Defo recommend

I apply with a cloth as spraying can get where you dont want / need it, very good at doing the job its supposed to, just wash off when / if better weather arrives

This is an excellent product. Leaves a nice thin layer on the surface which has so far protected my bike from a lot of road salt and crud!

Great product, easy to apply with the trigger application. does get a little sticky as to be expected, but I'd rather a little residue rather than corrosion through the dreaded road salt. Easy to wash off & re apply. Would certainly purchase again. & a great price from SBS.

I used to used ACF-50 but this is even better. Not as sticky when applied leaves a nice finish and performs just as well.

Over 3 years it has done its job and I think slightly better than ACF-50.

Last year I brought my first ever brand new motorcycle which I'm keen to keep looking it's best. In an act of enormous self restraint I delayed my first ride to apply XCP and I have been applying it after each wash ever since. I've ridden the bike in the rain, throughout most of the year (but did avoid the roads once the salt was down) and so far the bike has remained corrosion free. I tend to buff it off the tank, screen, wheels, ect and only dab the excess off other areas. It smells nice immediately after application and I enjoy walking into the garage afterwards. I used to use ACF-50 on my last bike but I did find corrosion creeping in so switched to XCP after reading some reviews. My only slight criticism is that dirt will stick to it in the areas where it's been liberally applied and only dab'd off but I would imagine most products of this type would be the same and it would be easier to remove the excess XCP and dirt that it would be to remove any corrosion if I ever needed the bike to look immaculate. Finally the applicator works very well and creates a very fine mist when applying.

Difficult to review something that is meant to prevent rust over a long period. I do use my bike everyday through to commute in all weathers and to date this does the job.
Easy to apply, very little run off and doesn't leave a thick sticky residue like others. Time will tell, but in the meantime I will be purchasing again.

This clear coat rust blocker is my go to protective product. It's non sticky and because it's clear it looks like a polished finish. When the time comes to wash off no need for a power washer just a normal hot wash. Great product.
