A good design, well made and a durable finish. They don't stand out like some luggage racks do. Easy and quick to install. Mounting the cases (SH36) is simple and they are held in place with a rock-solid feel. Overall an excellent product.

Fits very nicely

Advance warning: You need to be careful reading the instructions. At first glance it looked like the lower mount (on the exhaust side) went on the outside of the footpeg. If you do that, you do need to trim a piece off. However, look closer and the diagram indicates the INSIDE of the footpeg and (at least for a 2020 CB500x) it fitted perfectly.
No packing was required. Hand rails back on perfectly.
You do not need the additional (supplied in the box) brackets if you are fitting the top box unit at the same time, they are integral to that other unit.
Everything fitted well, I am really pleased with this product.

Not quite a fit

it did not fit, I had to cut bits off both foot peg fixing areas, and fix on the outside not inside off foot pegs, also had to pack the top fixings out by 6 mm, and then had to bend the p3 frame outwards with a strong piece of wood , all this so the sh23 pannier lids would open without hitting the grab rails, quite a task, but its done now, so not just out of the box and on as i expected
