Shad Terra Top Box Aluminium Plate - D1BTRPA

Used on a BMW R1250GS. You need to purchase the Shad Top Box Fitting Kit W0GS13ST for BMW R1200 GS/R1250 GS if you are going to use this item. The SHAD W0GS13ST fitting kit mounts on to the BMW R1250GS/R1200GS luggage rack and then the Shad Terra Top Box Aluminium Plate - D1BTRPA fits on to that plate. The item is well made and very solid. It is a bit fiddly to fit and you need to ensure you leave all the bolts loose on the both the fitting plate and top case plate then once all is in position tighten the bolts up as the alignments are quite tight. The matt finish aluminium has a tendency to attract smudges but other than that lives up to expectation and looks very smart on the bike. This aluminium plate is used in place of the plastic top case mount/plate that comes with the SHAD top case. I use the Shad SH58X Top Case. All delivered quickly and efficiently by SBS.
