The quality of the product is second to none. I fit to an FZS 600. SBS are great on pricing! Speed of service and customer service in store. Best bike company in the UK IMO.

Seems well made, but I'm not sure the bit helps. Firstly it's an extra protrusion if you have to wiggle through a tight space to fit such as exhaust downpipes. Secondly it should still only be done up hand tight and finally if it is overtight the nut rounds off to easily to help get the thing off a few thousand miles later.

I'd usually change my oil filter every oil change but I'm finding recently I can keep the filter on for a change or more. Of course all depends on how often you change your oil (mileage).

Probably been said a thousand times, but the added fitting bolt makes things so much easier when you haven't got much clearance.

K&N powersports oil filters are 'TUV' product endorsed and 'TUV' factory production monitored. Our filters contain a modern synthetic filter media, designed for ultimate flow with less pressure drop, yet engineered for outstanding filtration. K&N powersports 'spin-on' oil filters feature a heavy-duty metal can. Most of these have a 17mm nut affixed onto the end that allows for easy installation and removal. The 17mm nut is crossed-drilled so racers can safety wire the filter to their bike.
