I needed decent a rack that didn't cost an arm & a leg so I can mount my Givi monolock topbox that I took off my Honda CB125F onto the 2023 Honda CB500F I just bought & this one fits the bill nicely. Wasn't very difficult to fit, it probably took me about 30 mins, I just needed a few tools to complete the job.

CBR500R 2023 fitted like a dream

This fixing kit fits the 2023 Honda CBR500R, Fitting the kit enabled me to remount my Givi M8B Monokey Black Aluminium Top Plate, so I could remount my trusty Givi V46N Monokey Top Case onto the bike. Honda themselves appear vague about what rear luggage will fit their bikes this could be due to them providing their own rack for the CBR500 however this rack will only fit a Givi monolock topbox and not the Monokey, a far superior topbox,( mine is 20 years old this year and still good a new). By the way the M8B Monokey Aluminium top plate in black or silver costs a little more that its plastic alternative but it is a far tricker piece of kit.
