Oxford Rider Grips

Whilst I could imagine sooo many other uses for these handles, they are also quite useful on the bike - where they enable your passenger to hold themselves close to you at low speed and "be part of the bike".

Used another manufacturers version of these recently with my wife on the back. They made her more confident and relaxed on the bike. While we haven't used these yet, I can say they are much more substantial and well put together. The double belt arrangement also adds to her feeling of security. Top marks Oxford

Not used yet due to the disgusting weather and road quality. We have test fit and the build quality is amazing brought for my girlfriend. She is very happy, may allow her to sit more upright on the back.

Just what I needed for my boy

My wife was struggling to reach the grab rails on my bike and asked me to get her one of these. I thought "OK, if it'll make you feel safer". It does make her feel safer; what's unexpected is that I feel safer as well. My wife moves better on the bike and that's a good thing in terms of balance. The grips are easy to get on and off and I don't look like a dork with them on (at least, I don't think I do). They don't take up much space in the tailbox, either. If you've got a slightly Scary-Mary pillion, then this is a good product to go for. The handles feel sturdy and have a nice, thick feel to them. They give confidence as a result.

Just started back on bike after long break, so when pillion riding these give me much more secure feeling than holding grad rails behind me or trying to grip round my husband with leather gloves and jacket, not feel as secure as gripping these, much more natural sitting position, very top quality and got when reduced, what's not to like, plus adjustable so fits good range of sizes.

These are exactly what they say they are I felt more confident riding with my nephew on the back using this & he felt safe & more secure on the back would highly recommend to anyone who is starting to take a pillion on the back

I bought these after my partner had an operation on her shoulder and couldn't reach the grab rails. We thought that she would not be able to ride pillion this year but the rider grips have been great! Very comfortable for myself and partner. She now says that she wishes she had them before her op! Great bit of kit, I recommend them to anyone.

Bought these to assist my 13 year old on the back of my bike it has given him more confidence and I hardly notice that he has hold of them given better riding experience.
They are robust and well manufactured with clear instructions

With this in mind I bought another one for son so my daughter in law would also be safer riding

Best thing about these is that your pillion sits in a better position then if they wrap their arms around you, loads better on their lower back. Well made highly recommended

does its job well, fits well and its comfortable BUT its a 2 belt system! I don't remember seeing anything about a second belt when I was looking at it.with this system you have to do up a full length velcro belt then a clip buckle belt over the top of that.Other systems have a single buckle belt and features such as a phone pouch for your pillion multiple handles for different positions and or the ability to wear it back to front for more handle positions.this one has just the 2 handles and should only be used facing forward.For the small difference in price I wish I had gone for one of the others!That being said this one works well and is comfortable!

Really happy with the purchase. Well made, comfortable for the rider and pillion. Gives pillion a much more pleasurable and safer experience. Would highly recommend.
