Givi CRM103 Corium Range Tank Bag - 8 Litre

Looks well made, rain cover fits well, tried an iPhone 11 in a case and it just fits in the holder, suits my retro bike but would happily put it on my more modern bikes too. Magnets hold it nice and secure.

Seems a little small "in the flesh", although I can just about cram in a set of waterproofs. Powerful magnets suggest that it should be well secured to the tank. The bag has an overall quality feel to it.

I must admit I do not like magnetic tank bags having once had a paperclip attached itself to one on the magnets and scratch by tank very badly. Since then I have used the "tanklock" range. However Givi do not, currently, make a ring for my bike, and a larger tank bag would obscure the clocks and interfere with the steering. I purchased this bag together with the Givi tank bag fitting system and removed the magnets and put them both on my tank. The bag itself is good quality and for it's small size holds quite a lot. To me the zips on the side pockets are fitted the wrong way (pulling forward to open unlike most other bags), but are still good for quickly placing a motorway toll ticket and payment card in, for a quick exit from a toll booth. There are two slots under the detachable, small, phone holder which seem to serve no purpose, but I am sure they are there for a reason. The bag is good quality, but is not waterproof (It comes with a shower hat) and has no facility to feed a phone charging lead into the bag itself. If like me your filling cap is too close to the clocks to fit a tank lock system then this is a good solution. For me the main benefit were the removable magnets, and the fact it fits nicely on the Givi T460B Universal Tankbag Fitting System, and of course because it seemed the only suitable solution to fitting a tank bag to my CMX1100
