Does exactly what you'd expect

Bought this for a bike trip around the UK, it is heavy but certainly does what you'd expect. The 1.5m chain is long enough to lock two bikes together. Excellent service from Sportsbikeshop as usual.

Solid Security Chain and Lock

Quality feel and confidence inspiring all round decent lock.great length and versatile padlock that doubles up as a hi Vis disc lock. The covering prevents any damage to the wheels and coupled with a terraforce ground anchor, I know my bike will still be there in the morning.

Tough and noticeable

As always (in my experience) Oxford products are great quality. Heavy old chain but useful as it's longer than my last chain.
The lock is tough and well made with a sliding cover to stop water and muck getting into the lock barrel. Works well as a disc lock on it's own.

Reassuringly heavy chain and decent lock

Good solid chain and nice lock that doubles as a disk lock.
Heavy enough to be reassuring that it will deter the casual thief, but (just about) light enough to carry on the bike.
Only getting a 4 and not a 5 because the sleeve around the chain tore at the rivets designed to hold it over the chain after 2 days.and needed sewing up.

Heavy, solid, yet not clonky

I have a few Oxford locks for my bikes. This one comes with a disc lock which is very handy and fits my S1000XR.
The sleeve around the chain is more flexible and less stiff than on my other locks, which makes this lock easy to move around in the garage.
