Does exactly what it needs to do. It's a strong grip after tightening so doesn't move around over bumps and bends. I have an existing mount for a Tomtom rider sat nav that uses the same 25mm ball joint so can confirm it fits.

Allows phone to be positioned so as not to cover the dash warning lights. I have one a mount on both bikes with an extender fitted!.

Strong , Sturdy bracket that's not to intrusive and holds firm no matter what the conditions . You can clamp this up real tight with confidence , not like a cheap plastic one . Real Good Value on this item .

Does the job well.
Only criticism is that the screw thread, if it were 2mm longer, would enable removal of the extender from the ball without having to completely remove the screw and re-thread it every time. Minor niggle
