I have tried various phone holders and have been a bit nervous over the safety of my phone. However this holder is different in that it holds the phone securely via the spring loaded ratchet system. The holder also fits the base unit well. Overall a good product at a decent price.

Holds phone properly but setup obstructs ignition

Perfect for samsung s7 which is supposed to be waterproof so no case required. Using with fork stem adaptor but unfortunately because the adaptor is close to the ignition impossible to insert or remove ignition key without removing phone, case and adaptor. Will get extender which may solve problem. Gave it a 5 because it is great holder apart from my application.

Using an iPhone 7 Plus, it's a bit narrow so the phone doesn't sit square, but the clamp seems strong and the rubber support keeps in securely in place
