Clear audio, neat fitment.

The user instructions aren't the clearest, especially the pairing method. But once paired, the controls have good feel through gloves, still getting used to the sequence for specific actions. But clear audio, looks neat, and good battery life.

Very Tidy, But a Bit Fiddly

The sound when listening to music is pretty good, the installation is easy, although pairing it with my phone much less so.
I also find the buttons a bit fiddly to use in thick gloves.
Battery life is as described
Shame the more modern units are not compatible with my helmet.

Only good as I had to return it as I was having problem pair it with my I phone 13 pro , I have tried to update firmware however it was not connecting me to the HJC / sena server , I bought this for my HJC helmet and the fitting and installation was easy and fit perfectly , shame about the firmware.

Item arrived, well packed and was simple to install - supplied with good clear instructions. Once paired to my phone, the music sound quality was brilliant. Using the phone and sat nav was simple and clear. Would highly recommend.

Great product very easy to install,easy to use, sound quality for music is really good, i was most impressed by the sound quality when on a phone call while riding. Really good quality product that I would definitely recommend.

I received this item initially and the unit was faulty however as per usual Sportsbikeshop were their normal professional selves and sent me another one ASAP.
When I received the new one read the instructions and it was very self explanatory I fitted the unit in five minutes.
It connected to the phone easily, it is built in such a simple manner making the buttons easy to feel even with gloves on.
The sound is crisp and clear to the extent I actually had to turn the volume down. The music is amazing through it.
A very well designed unit, I have been out for about an hour and a half and it's still going strong.
Great product backed by a great company.
