Very surprised to be disappointed

I bought a pair of Forma Adventure boots because the 2 of the instructors at Sweet Lamb use and abuse them. They are fabulous. When my 35 year old BMW road boots inner soles broke up (for many years I wore them every day), I eschewed the advice of friends (buy Daytona) and bought these - I mean, why wouldn't I? After just twelve outings they split! Two weeks after returning them - still no response from Forma. In 2021, this sort of after sales service is a disgrace.

These boots are made for biking

This boot is so comfortable you hardly feel it on your foot.
Stylish and appears to be very well made, time will tell.
Long zip makes it very easy to put the boot on with plenty of room for the calf.
All in all, a great boot.
