So good, I bought two

A pair of SMH5 worked fine for me and my son, but we were keen to add connection for another rider or two, hence the Mesh+.

Ease of use: Simple one button operation - just on and off. Press on, it connects and informs you through the headset.

Ease of attachment: I really like the flexible band that attaches quickly and securely to any handlebar. Convenient to remove and reattach. Secure on and offroad.

Clarity: Speaking clearly and unhurriedly, you undoubtedly get the benefit of the upgrade from the SMH5 helmet-to-helmet.

Battery life: The Mesh+ was still fully operational after 6 hours of constant use - without deterioration voice quality.

Range: Don't worry if your riding buddy is out of sight - you can connect beyond 5-600 metres, although at distance, quality does drop.

Group rides; The Mesh+ will enhance your group riding experience, enabling front riders to give advance directions and warn of approaching hazards. If you can afford the price, my advice: just go for it.

Great product
Much cheaper way to upgrade an existing sena headset to mesh.
I have the sena SF4, took me seconds to pair with the mesh adapter and now it can connect with any other mesh headset with ease.

Easy to use

Very easy to setup and use. Great bit of kit if you have multiple helmets with sena headsets. Cheaper option than replacing my SRL 2 and works with by 10s too. Had it up and working within 15 mins of being delivered and have comms with all my riding buddies with newer Mesh enabled headsets. Battery last for ages and mounts easily on handlebars on my BMW RS1250, though may not fit all ie GSXR

Great piece of kit delivered next day with lots of updates on delivery progress. Links my SRL2 to RT1's using brilliant mesh connectivity. Mesh giving greater sound quality and extends range.

Range and clarity are both improved compared to using headset to headset. The battery life of the Mesh+ is at least as good as the battery in the SMH5 so all-day communication is achievable. Pairing seems to be a little clunky when the headset is already connected to a phone.
The real benefit of range extension will be known when we can get more of our group to buy these as there are only two of us at present.
Good value for money. Although it's yet another device to charge & carry, it's a whole lot cheaper than buying a new headset when the SMH5 I have is perfectly functional.
