Arm twists funny

No matter how I put on the top, the arm parts twist in a funny way. As if I am a 3D character trying to fit into a 2D top. It is fleece on the inside so it feels quite soft and nice and plastic on the outside so my skin doesn't stick to my leather jacket. It would work in 3 seasons but not summer - a bit too hot to wear in the summer. I took the labels off so can't return it. Kinda regret the purchase.
