Found it at a cheaper price elsewhere.
Hit the link to say it was cheaper elsewhere and I had a discount code to match that other price within 15 minutes.
Can't fault the customer service at Sportsbikeshop.
Spark plug was fine. Packaged well and was exactly what I was expecting.

I know they're a bit expensive, but they are worth every Penny. I have a 1993 FireBlade and have had plug failures in the past, but never with these.

Plugs not packed well

I ordered 4 plugs, they arrived promptly but the way they were packaged was very poor. 2 of the plugs were out of their boxes and the other 2 were squashed ready to fall out of their boxes. Thankfully they were still ok but a little bit of bubble wrap would have solved the problem

I had been having cold starting issues and these plugs have cured the problem.
Price matched with delivery and packaging top notch.
If only these plugs came as a 2 for 1 offer I would have awarded 6 stars.

Bike runs beautifully with these new plugs. Great product for a great price. Will buy again next time we service the bike and would buy this brand again for the other bikes without hesitation. Delivery (international) was also exceptional. Arrived quickly and undamaged even with the extraordinary circumstances the world is currently facing.
