Product quality is top draw but I have given this a "poor" rating as I believe this helmet specific adapter should be included (as a bundle) with every purchase of a new Ark Intercom system as they are top of the intercom price bracket and the ARK System is completely useless without it. Grand to charge for replacements but not for a new and complete system!
