Reason I bought these, reviews says good for smaller bikes. Seemed sturdy enough but no matter how I tried couldn't get these to grip my swing arm with the rear stand cups. I have a honda cb125f, the exhaust gets in the way as catches with the tubing at the top, so bikes at an unstable angle. Apart from that they are perfect for another bike, easy to assemble and decent quality but for a small bike eg 250cc down. Next day delivery perfect as always, loyal customer

Overall good but not confidence inspiring

Being a new biker I wasn't sure what to look for in a 'good' set of paddock stands. I chose these for the competitive and rather cheap price. Overall the stands are good, but due to the assembly procedure and the method of linking the components together, the arms tend to buckle in on themselves when a load is applied. In this case it happens to be my precious new motorbike. The issue is more prominent with the rear. In the end I swapped out the L-shaped rubber cups with hooks and bobbins at an additional cost, as I wasn't confident in leaving the bike on wonky looking stands. At the time of writing, my bike has been up on these stands for almost two weeks with no issues. After purchase I found a YouTube video review. The chap explains the buckling issue there as well if any potential buyer wants to visualize the problem.

October 18, 2017This rear stand does not come with the bobbin adapter hooks. You would need a stand such as the BikeTek Aluminium Rear Paddock Stand. The correct size bobbins for your bike are M10,these will screw straight into the standard swing arm.
Will these be ok for my v strom 1000xt ?
