Good fit for sizes given and very sturdy. Feel like I could walk through walls wearing this and have that relaxed ride coming from the comfort of knowing I'm well protected should something go wrong. Light and unobtrusive, fits nicely under an already snug jacket. Would never ride without it now that I have it and wonder how I managed before it arrived. Buy one, feel safe, be safe
