As said in other comments - a dremel is required but I was not too fussed about it. You could get away with a drill if no dremel is available.
Once it was adjusted, it fits perfectly and does the intended job. Keep in mind, this is ONLY the metal frame and the plastic ring that keeps your tankbag secure will have to be purchased as a different item - but tankbags usually get sold with one.

Bit of a pain in the....

Be ready to use a dremel....and THAT'S quietly put in the official instructions!!!...and the last bolt didnt sink in fully. But it is easy and steady in. But the dremel issue, thankfully I've got one but if I didn't I'd feel a bit cheated
