I use these on both my bikes with a 5L tank bag. As a diabetic it's really handy to keep my testing kit, insulin, phone, house keys etc. in so that when you stop everything you need is right in front of you. Just unclip it and take it in the cafe without having to rummage in the top box or have stuffed pockets.

It does what it needs to in securing a Tanklock bag. But though listed for other Hondas it also fits the CBR500R where the tank cap bolt pattern is identical to that on current CB650. Givi don't themselves list it for CBR500R either.
