An essential item for the trekker 58

Well made easy to fit and requires no drilling just a hair dryer to heat the box and tape.
Utterly essential on the trekker 58 to stop pillion getting stabbed in back by the hinges. My only complaint is also a praise . The stick on mounting I hope will last with heavy use a bolt on system. Like the one in the plastic boxes might be more reliable

Bit Expensive for what it is

The back rest is a bit expensive for what it is.A bit hard as well, I don't think it's gonna make that much difference to the pillions comfort.Looks good though, of course - it's Italian.
I was also expecting it to be screwed onto the box but instead it's just sticky back tape.Wonder if it's gonna fall off with time.

This was a must have addition to my givi trekker 58L top box, if you are carrying a pillion rider this allows them to rest much more comfortable... me misses says she's couldn't ride with out it now...only down side it's a bit pricey... for what it is.

Hard plastic and too expensive

On a motorbike, you feel the road conditions far more than you would do in a car. Which is why I bought a Givi back rest for my wifes back. Sadly, when this came through the post I felt it and could feel this was a piece of hard plastic that does not give much support. I have as yet not found anything that would help to my wife whilst we ride with a Givi box. The box is fine, in fact it is more than fine. The back rest sadly is a let down

A typical quality item from Givi, a bit pricey but does what it's designed to do. Wife was uncomfortable due to the hinges on the top box. Fitting this back rest meant she was more comfy for a few hours.
